The gentle, fluid movements of Qi Gong help the mind to direct your energy (Qi) to any part of the body. This 8-week class will help to improve balance, build strength, increase your range of motion and flexibility, and reduce stress. Perfect for beginners and for longtime practitioners. All levels of experience and ability are welcome!

Ellie Horwitz

Ellie has studied with Dr Peter Wayne, author of The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi, Dr Paul Lam, founder of the “Tai Chi for Health Institute”, and Stanwood Chang founder of the Sun School of Boston. She is passionate about the benefits of Qi Gong and loves sharing the practice and principles with others.
