Your Child Will Be 18 - Now What?

Professional, Financial, and Legal -
Fall 2023/Winter 2024
This class will explain why powers of attorney and health care proxies are important documents for anyone over the age of 18 years old to have. Once your child turns 18, he/she/they is(are) legally independent under the law, which means that you can no longer legally make decisions for them, even if they need your help. Something as simple as making a doctor's appointment for them can result in a big red stop sign. Join us for this brief class to learn which documents can provide continued protection for your 18-year-old -- and peace of mind for all of you! No discounts.
