Italian Cooking: From the Alps to the Boot

Come learn and mangia with Chef Max Finn and explore the varied cuisine of Italy from the North to the South. This 4-week course features traditional dishes such as Tagliatelle alla Bolognese - a pasta with meat sauce, Pesto alla Genovese - a traditional Genovese pesto, Caponata - a Sicilian dish consisting of chopped vegetables in an agrodolce sauce and Cannoli - a pastry consisting of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling. A short list of basic kitchen tools will be provided prior to the first class, and a materials fee of $60 (which covers all 4 classes) is included in tuition.

Chef Max Finn is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has been working professionally in kitchens for 12 years.
