The Marathon Mindset Method's main focus is to support new runners in successfully selecting and crossing the finish line of their first marathon! It is a 2 night course that details how to choose the right marathon and what the essentials are to best prepare for training and ultimately crossing the coveted finish line! There are no prerequisites.
Annmarie is a 16 time marathon finisher and 2 time Ironman finisher, and has a unique perspective on what it takes to run marathons. Of the marathons that she trained for and completed, 13 were consecutive Boston marathons for which she raised close to $100K for Boston Children's Hospital. This course is tailored based on many years of long distance running/racing experience.
