Charcuterie Tray Workshop: Creating a Colorful & Delicious Display

Learn how to create a beautiful charcuterie tray that is perfect for any occasion!  During this one-night, interactive class we will go over how to select and beautifully present the perfect combination of cheese, meat, and other flavor complements such as fruit, spreads, nuts, crackers, and dried fruit. You will watch a presentation and then make your own unique small tray (4-6 person) by practicing and selecting from different charcuterie food stations. $40 additional fee to be paid to Adrienne at the class includes all food along with a disposable tray for easy transportation home.
