Facial exercises can take years off your appearance by reducing frown and forehead lines, reducing ‘puppet mouth’ lines, lifting and firming neckline, making upper and lower cheeks fuller, reduce puffiness and sagging around eyes, improve circulation and nutrient flow into cells and improve lymph circulation. Learn simple exercises that will rejuvenate your face. You will need a regular teaspoon for a few of the exercises and a little of your favorite moisturizer.

  • Pediatric First Aid & CPR for Grandparents, Coaches & Caregivers

    Caring for children, students and grandchildren comes with responsibilities—especially when it comes to safety. This course brings you up to date on first-aid practices that may have changed since you raised your own children. Learn how to respond to injuries and medical emergencies during the critical first minutes until help arrives. Topics include medical, injury, and environmental emergencies; CPR for all ages; using an AED; and managing severe allergies with EpiPens. You’ll earn an American Safety and Health Institute certification in Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Understanding & Overcoming Procrastination

    This interactive workshop reframes procrastination as a natural brain response rather than a character flaw and explores the neuroscience behind why we delay important tasks while easily engaging in other activities. Through guided exercises and personal action planning, participants will identify their procrastination patterns and create a customized approach for change which emphasizes self-compassion over self-criticism.
