Tennis
Come enjoy 5-weeks of tennis instruction. Tennis is one of the most beautiful sports. It requires body control, hand-eye coordination, quickness, flat out speed, endurance, and that strange mix of caution and courageous abandon. Please bring your racquet, wear comfortable running/tennis shoes, and bring your own water. In case of rain, another day will be added. The benefits of tennis include a fantastic workout and complete release from stress. Tennis stretches your intellectual capacity and imagination while strengthening your bones and muscles. We offer one class for kids ages 8+ and two classes for adults, "Beginner" and "All Levels".
