Nikki Stevens joined Life Time Fitness in 2022 as a Personal Trainer, with a focus in weight loss and strength training. Prior to Life Time, as a coach for the Junior Olympics gymnastics team, she focused on stability and flexibility. Nikki's passion for injury began after a series of ACL surgeries that ended her gymnastics career, sparking a new passion for health and wellness, which brought along a 150 lb. weight loss and goal to help others move the best they can!
