Real estate investing can be lucrative if you know what you are doing, but it can also set you up for failure if you don’t. The trouble is that many new investors don’t know where or how to invest. Participants will learn how to find a property that can be an additional income stream and how to avoid getting into trouble with tenants. Along with learning how to buy an income-generating rental property in this competitive market, we will discuss MA laws that every landlord needs to know to protect themselves. We review proven tips on being a thoughtful and respected landlord and financing and property maintenance costs.

This American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) course covers CPR, AED, First Aid, Medical/Injury Emergencies, Allergies, Epipens and Asthma. Participants receive 2-year ASHI certification in Pediatric First Aid and Adult and Pediatric CPR and AED use. This class is suitable for day-care providers, grandparents, coaches, scout leaders and parents. Ages 12 and up. No discounts.

Want improved balance and strength? Explore the science behind muscle growth through a balanced diet and strength training to support a healthier you! Each class will have a short discussion then training. With experience in Olympic coaching and a passion for injury prevention, Nikki will personalize training for your needs. Bring a mat, water, and a towel. If you have exercise bands, you can bring those, too!

Rise & Shine Yoga with Kelly

Start your weekends off right with Rise & Shine Yoga. This ten-week, one-hour class combines yin-style stretching and vinyasa flow. The class guides you through smooth, safe movements purposefully designed to loosen up those tight muscles, melt away stress, and rejuvenate your body. Participants do not need prior yoga experience. Please bring your own mat. Yoga blocks are highly recommended and will be provided. This class takes place in-person with the option to join the class remotely.

Come enjoy 6-weeks of tennis instruction. Tennis is one of the most beautiful sports. It requires body control, hand-eye coordination, quickness, flat out speed, endurance, and that strange mix of caution and courageous abandon. Please bring your racquet, wear comfortable running/tennis shoes, and bring your own water. In case of rain, another day will be added. The benefits of tennis include a fantastic workout and complete release from stress. Tennis stretches your intellectual capacity and imagination while strengthening your bones and muscles. We offer one class for kids ages 8+ and two classes for adults, "Beginner" and "All Levels".
