Join us for a 2-hour Watercolor Workshop designed for beginners or those who are curious about watercolor art. Trisha Shaw creates a fun environment for participants to play with brushes and paint and shares some of her own experience and opinions about this medium. All necessary materials are provided. Participants will go home with a 5x7 painting that they have created, as well as a suggested list of materials for those who would like to further pursue watercolor as an interest. This is a no-pressure, social environment, and questions are encouraged!
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Trisha Shaw fell in love with pencil & paper as a child. She spent many happy hours drawing and sketching amidst the chaos of growing up with four other siblings. After graduating high school, Trisha went on to receive high honors in Fashion Illustration and Graphic Design at New England School of Art & Design. She is best known for her whimsical and clean watercolor art featuring collections of beautiful floral blooms, treasured family homes and pets, rustic elements, and other pieces inspired by nature.
