In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to color buttercream icing in beautiful seasonal tones and frost their own mini cakes. Students will also work with fondant to create adorable fall decorations including pumpkins, autumn leaves, acorns, and other seasonal accents to personalize their cakes. Come to a demonstration and tasting course to learn the basic preparation of French Macarons. The course will begin with tasting pre-made samples and then the instructor will demonstrate the process of macaron making. Students can help participate and take home some macarons made in class as well as recipes and tips for trying at home.

Join us for a fun and interactive Sushi Rolling Workshop where participants will learn the art of creating delicious homemade sushi in a relaxed setting. In this hands-on class, guests will prepare fresh fillings and learn to roll three different styles of sushi, including a classic inside-out roll (uramaki), a traditional maki roll, and a specialty roll. Participants will learn how to season sushi rice, prepare and assemble flavorful fillings, work with nori, use bamboo rolling mats, and master rolling and cutting techniques while exploring flavor combinations and presentation tips. Perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike, this class offers a creative and social culinary experience where everyone will make their own assortment of sushi to enjoy during class or package to take home. All materials and ingredients will be provided, and participants will receive a bamboo rolling mat to keep rolling on their own.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will decorate four beautifully themed cookies using royal icing, sprinkles, and edible decorations. Learn simple decorating techniques while creating charming winter designs such as snowflakes, mittens, ornaments, and cozy holiday treats.
