AI MADE SIMPLE: A Practical Class for Everyday Life

Featured Classes -
FALL 25/26

Curious about artificial intelligence, but not sure where to start? This friendly, in-person class is designed especially for adults who want to feel more confident using today’s most powerful AI tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini—without needing any technical background.

In a supportive and engaging environment, you’ll explore how AI can make life easier, help you stay organized, save money, and help you get answers to your questions—whether you're vacation planning, managing a household, volunteering, or simply looking to stay informed in our fast-changing world.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Plan smarter, write more clearly, and stay organized
  • Use tools that help you with managing your health, meal planning, vacationing, and entertaining
  • Get help with correspondence and interpreting contracts and legal documents
  • Recognize and avoid common risks like scams, deepfakes, and privacy threats
  • Gain real-world skills and the confidence to keep using AI on your own

You'll practice using generative AI (GenAI) tools right in class to get your questions answered while exploring effective ways to get the tools to give you the outputs you are seeking. By the end of the session, you'll be comfortable using GenAI tools and know the difference between using a chatbot vs a search engine.

No coding. No tech jargon. Just straightforward, hands-on learning with guidance every step of the way.

AI is here to stay—let’s learn how to make it work for you.
