Pie Dough Workshop at Codman Community Farms

Get holiday-ready with a cozy, hands-on evening at Codman Community Farms where you’ll learn how to make a flaky, all-purpose pie dough perfect for Thanksgiving pies, quiches, and galettes. The farm chef will guide you through mixing, rolling, and shaping techniques, and you’ll take home dough ready for your freezer. We’ll end the evening by sharing freshly baked seasonal galettes in the pavilion. Please bring your own rolling pin and BYOB encouraged!
