Conflict is part of everyday life. If handled well, conflict can foster communication. In this 2-hour session, participants will learn theories of communication and conflict resolution, as well as actionable strategies to communicate better, de-escalate conflict, and move from impasse to resolution.
Kate Jackson-Meyer is the founder of Resolve And, LLC, which offers conflict resolution and mediation services. She is an expert in wellbeing, conflict resolution, and forgiveness having published widely on these topics and having taught on them at Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics and at Boston College. She is a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard in the Human Flourishing Program, has a Ph.D. from Boston College, an MA from Yale, and a BA from the University of Southern California. She earned my certificate in mediation from MWI and did a Mediation Practicum at the Community Dispute Settlement Center in Cambridge, MA.
