In modern times, tea has become recognized for its health benefits and has become widely accepted as a symbol of peace and harmony. Join us to gain an understanding of many aspects of the world of specialty teas including an overview of the numerous varieties of tea, the history of tea and its place in cultures around the world. We will learn how teas are produced and how to brew the perfect cup. Several tea varieties will be brewed for comparison, discussion and sipping!
