Tennis
Come enjoy 6 weeks of tennis instruction. Tennis is one of the most beautiful sports. It requires body control, hand-eye coordination, quickness, flat out speed, endurance, and that strange mix of caution and courageous abandon. Please bring your racquet, wear comfortable running/tennis shoes, and bring your own water. In case of rain, another day will be added. The benefits of tennis include a fantastic workout and complete release from stress. Tennis stretches your intellectual capacity and imagination while strengthening your bones and muscles. We offer one class for kids ages 8+ and two classes for adults, "Beginner" and "Intermediate/Advanced".

Chocolate Tasting
Creative & Culinary Arts
Did you know chocolate comes from a fruit? Join Tom Rogan of Sudbury’s own Goodnow Farms Chocolate to learn more about how single origin chocolate is sourced and made. Most chocolate is candy made with cheap additives by large multinational corporations using inexpensive cacao. But, Goodnow Farms single origin chocolate is a food made with fine flavor, directly sourced cacao beans. Tom will guide you through the entire process, from how he and his wife Monica personally source their cacao beans from farmers in Latin America to how they make their award-winning chocolate by hand in their Sudbury chocolate kitchen. You’ll then taste the flavor differences for yourself as Tom leads you on a tasting of several of Goodnow Farms single origin bars. This class will forever change the way you look at chocolate! It’s also interactive, so you'll be able to ask questions, and bars will be available for purchase after the class. Class makes a great gift!

Pysanky Club: Explore Natural Dyes
Creative & Culinary Arts
This workshop offers an opportunity to learn the traditional art of Pysanky from a native Ukrainian while exploring the beauty of natural dyes. Using the wax-resist method with a "kistka," beeswax, and candle, participants will create intricate designs on real chicken eggs. You will experiment with natural dyes derived from spring flowers and berries and compare their muted, organic hues to vibrant aniline dyes. Perfect for both beginners and experienced Pysanky creators, this class combines tradition with a touch of nature’s artistry. Emptied and cleaned chicken eggs and an assortment of dyes will be provided. Children ages 6+ are welcome to attend when accompanied by an adult. . Minors must be registered with a registered parent/guardian.
